Support the people who use your services to in supporting their own healing and complement the help you offer. Help people find their role and power in their own recovery!

Leading recovery educator Mary Ellen Copeland has systematically brought together the teachings of countless recovering people. Her findings form the basis of the WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) model, a system for living in new and different ways that promote growth, recovery and wellness.
