Employees and Their Family Members

An employee assistance professional’s client is often thought of as the

individual employee.  However, the vast majority of employee assistance

programs (EAPs) provide direct services to the employee’s spouses,

partner and/or children. Emotional health is equally as important as

physical health for a productive workforce and healthy business.  The

emotional health of the employee’s family members impacts the

employee’s workplace productivity and the employer’s bottom line, as

well.  This webinar helps the participant better understand the dynamics

of the alcoholic family in order to support both the EAP client and the

affected family members.
